After a relaxing Easter break for all, our PMNW team hit the road once again to continue delivering our renowned Crime and Safety Awareness Days. Our first day back was spent at Cottingham High School in East Yorkshire. Year 9 pupils took part in an exciting day filled with a wide variety of workshops, including Prison Life, Choices and Consequences and Online Safety. Our team was joined by members of the Fire Service, Road Safety Team and the Northern Power Grid. The whole year group got stuck into each of the sessions and asked some thought-provoking questions. We were even joined in our tea room by Milo the therapy dog! We would like to say a massive thank you to all outside agencies who participated in the day and to the Cottingham High staff for taking care of us during our visit. We look forward to coming back to teach the years 8’s.
